On June 21, the entire team of Xiamen Zhonghe Commerce took part in the 2025 Huli District Heshan Community Staff Sports Day, ultimately earning third place in the team category.
While the award is certainly a cause for celebration, what’s more worth remembering is the burst of team spirit and mutual trust that emerged throughout the event. From forming teams and training to the actual competitions, every step was a challenge. The Zhonghe team persevered through sweat and struggle, found rhythm through coordination, and made timely adjustments after setbacks. That collective feeling of “I’m here because you are too” quietly took root—in each baton pass, in each glance of mutual understanding.
This sports day was not just a test of physical strength, but also a revival of emotion and company culture. It reminded every employee that in a fast-paced and compartmentalized work environment, the kind of unity you feel through action is especially valuable.
We are used to measuring teams by performance metrics and sales charts.
